| Personal History | Born on Riviera (or Ochs V) in the Ochs star system, in 2350, C'hens was fifth in a litter of six. Riviera had a good mix of humans and other aliens, allowing C'hens to be exposed to other races and cultures. She was excited by the various sciences she observed and focused on those fields of study in her primary education while growing up. Many people she knew while growing up were Starfleet officers and crew and she aspired to follow their example. In 2367 she was accepted to the academy, focusing on physics and thermodynamics. She struggled a bit with the latter but excelled with physics studies. Upon graduation, she was assigned to a New Orleans class vessel, the USS Thomas Paine, as a science officer. |
